Return and Refund Policy

By placing an order with Gearsnkrs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the policy below.

We make custom, made-to-order footwear. Because each pair is produced specifically for you, we can only accept returns or exchanges for issues caused by us (manufacturing or fulfillment errors). Returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference are not accepted.
Color notice: Product images are mockups. Minor color/brightness differences may occur due to lighting and display settings.

1) Return eligibility (35 days)

You may request a return or refund within 35 days of delivery if any of the following occurs:
  • You received the wrong item or wrong size compared with your order confirmation.
  • The item arrived damaged/defective.
  • There is a manufacturing flaw or poor print quality.
  • The product you received is materially different from what is represented on our site.
Not eligible: change of mind, ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong design/color, normal wear and tear, or color variance due to viewing conditions.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

2) How to start a return

Email our Customer Service Team at [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the issue.
Please attach photos so we can help quickly:
  • For wrong/damaged item: photo of the item received and shipping label.
  • For print/quality/defect: close-up photos of the issue.
  • For size/fit due to our error: photo of the size label and a photo showing length measured with a ruler (insole).

Return & Refund Policy

Our team will review and respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). If approved, we’ll provide the return address. Please do not send any items back before receiving approval.

3) Return shipping costs

  • If the return is approved due to our error (wrong item/size, damage, manufacturing or print defect), we cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping or provide a pre-paid label where available.
  • In all other cases, customer is responsible for return shipping.

4) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the credit).
Returned items that are washed, worn, damaged by the user, or not authorized will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Sale/discounted items: Eligible for refund or replacement if defective or incorrect. Otherwise, discounted items are final sale.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or card issuer; posting times can vary. If you still have not received it after their stated timeframes, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help.

5) Exchanges

We replace items only for issues covered above (defective, damaged, or our fulfillment error).
To request an exchange for the same item, email [email protected]; once approved, we’ll provide next steps and the return address.

6) Cancellations & order changes

Because orders enter production quickly, your order can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order number and the requested change. After 2 hours, production typically begins and the order cannot be cancelled.
If we’re able to stop the order in time, a management & payment processing fee (up to 20% of the order value) may apply to cover non-recoverable costs. (Where required by law, your rights remain unaffected.)
